Hey there! Have you adjusted to the time change yet because I sure haven’t. Thankfully there is such a thing as caffeine because I don’t know how I would be surviving this week without it. There are some fun holidays coming up this week. We have Pi Day on Saturday which is a great excuse to eat that slice of your favorite pie that you’ve been craving. It’s not officially a holiday but my birthday is on Monday and I consider that to be my own personal little holiday. Then we have St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday! I love it because I’m half Irish, my favorite color is green, I enjoy speaking in an Irish accent any chance I get and I love making my plant-based and refined sugar free Irish potato candies.
